Please join us for an informal hafla event!
Helena has invited special guest, David Webb, to play his drum
for an afternoon of dancing to live music and having fun with our fellow sisters in dance!
This is not a workshop and no one is expected to get up and perform, but rather, enjoy music,
eachother and if so inclined, take advantage of the opportunity to dance to live drumming.
This event will take place on Saturday, August 14th, 2010
from 2 to 4? pm at The Art School, Main St. Vestal, NY.
Weather permitting, we can have fun outdoors behind the building, but if it rains, we have the
classroom all to ourselves!
We ask that you bring yourself, a small dish to pass, a blanket or something to sit on (if we are
outdoors) and a $2 donation to cover rent and gas money for David.
Please RSVP by August 10th, 2010 through your own instructor or contact Helena.
